The West End Lofts renovation and expansion project reimagines a historic structure into a modern multi-family residential community, blending architectural heritage with contemporary design sensibilities. Spanning approximately 15,600 square feet of amenity-rich interiors, the transformation includes a fitness center, coworking lounge, game room, learning center, and more—each space thoughtfully curated to foster comfort, functionality, and connection. Interior design services extend to 154 residential units of varying types, with 56 units slated for renovation within the existing building and 98 newly constructed to harmonize with the original character. Unit corridors are designed as visual continuities, enhancing flow and identity throughout the property. The result is a cohesive environment that honors the past while embracing modern living.
