The renovation of the historic Dallas Cabana Motor Hotel reimagines the iconic property as a contemporary multi-family residential community while preserving its architectural heritage. Interior design services will span a variety of amenity spaces—including a gym, media room, library and conference room—thoughtfully infused with historically inspired materials and color palettes that pay homage to the hotel’s original character. The expansive pool area will be revitalized as a central feature, anchoring the outdoor experience with fresh energy and charm. A comprehensive furniture package will unify the interiors, ensuring visual continuity and a polished aesthetic throughout the transformed residence.
